We've arranged for a room block at the Salt Lake City Marriott City Center. We’d greatly appreciate it if attendees choose the designated conference hotel, as doing so supports our reserved room block and helps us deliver a successful event experience. Please complete the required registration information for each person that is planning to attend the conference. Do not use the "Qty." option to purchase multiple registrations. If you are registering multiple attendees, please complete a form and select "Add to Cart" for the first attendee before starting a new registration record. 

 

Photography and Recording Consent
The Family Caregiving Collaborative (FCC) and its contractors may photograph, record, or livestream portions of the Conference on Caregiving Research for educational, archival, and promotional purposes. These materials may be used in print, digital, and online formats. 


Conference Code of Conduct
This conference is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated.
By registering, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these expectations.


Conference Registration and Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations received on or before August 23 (30 days prior to the conference) will receive a full refund, minus a $75 administrative fee.
  • Cancellations received between August 24 and September 9 (14–29 days prior) will receive a 50% refund.
  • No refunds will be issued after September 9 (within 14 days of the conference).
  • Registrations may be transferred to another individual at no cost up to September 20.

 

The conference registration fee will show as UU STOREFRONT on billing statements.
